Understanding the need for this work
I want to provide a space where you could start your journey here.
If you have been brought to this page, maybe you are new and trying to understand how a somatic approach to therapy may be the right fit for you, or we may have been working together for a while and you can find some further resources to continue our journey together; we can learn as much from others as we can from our space together.
I would recommend working through the resources in order if you are new to somatic therapy, and taking your time to practice the recommended skills and techniques suggested as you go through them​, know that I'm here with you every step along the way.
